An elegant triple Belgian ale with an identity crisis! Matured for months in Belgium and bottled in France. Like true Champagnes, Deus is tilted and turned until the yeast is in the neck of the bottle which is frozen and the yeast is removed. The result is a pale golden ale with a tight foamy head and hints of grape, apple, peach, plum and a little grassiness.
