During warmer temperatures, Pix may need to ship chocolates with ice packs. In these instances, Pix will automatically add a surcharge of $11.00. This amount will be billed separately from your original order.

Return /refund policy:

If your Pix Patisserie package does not arrive in satisfactory condition, please contact our shop directly (503-282-6539) within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to assist you. We will decide whether to replace the product with an acceptable product or give you 100% of your money back for the item with which you are dissatisfied.
