Pix Pâtisserie launches a new line of éclairs! The once humble éclair is now the hottest commodity in Paris. Of course the world’s best pastry chefs are creating new and unique desserts every day, but a homage to the past has been on the radar for years now. Classic French macarons, religieuse (cream puffs stacked together and named after nuns,) and the epic Mont Blanc, are all dressed up in both traditional and classy new flavors. Now, it’s the éclair.
